Ezarri in the snow of Austrian Tyrol
Ezarri has lined the indoor pool at Hotel Seehof in Austria´s spectacular Tyrol region. While open in both summer and winter, Hotel Seehof is a favourite resort among winter holidaymakers, offering guests the perfect indoor water facilities to relax and unwind after a day of skiing. Which is why the swimming pool is so important.
Hotel Seehof invites guests to round off an active day on the slopes at the Hochkössen ski resort or cross-country skiing in the Kitzbühel Alps. The beautifully tiled indoor pool area is open all day long, allowing guests to soak to their heart´s content or relax in the sauna.
Indoor pool tiling without a hitch
Perfect installation of the mosaic pool tiles was key to the project´s success. Irregular shapes, curves and joints made installation particularly complicated. The pool had to be completely revamped, removing the old worn-out tiles and replacing them with new Ezarri indoor pool mosaic tiles.
The result was spectacular. The technologically advanced JointPoint system was essential for this project. Developed exclusively by Ezarri, JointPoint guarantees consistent, high-performance mosaic tile installation.
As for colour, for this project a special combination of tiles was selected with the help of Ezarri´s Mix Generator – a tool that lets you design your own blend of tiles, playing with colours and infinite combinations.
The combination of mosaic tiles used at Hotel Seehof was 2523-B (33%), 2560-A (47%) and 2522-B (20%), all three from the Niebla Collection. These shimmering, misty-coloured pool tiles are ideal for interior cladding, swimming pools, spas, saunas, and other indoor areas.
The same tones were used for the swimming pool deck and surround tiles but with Ezarri´s SAFE anti-slip finish, a smooth, non-slip system that is both pleasant to the touch and easy to maintain.
